Key Responsibilities:

Organize, classify, and maintain digital files and records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain missing or incomplete information as needed.

Perform quality assurance checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in documentation.

Meet established deadlines and productivity targets while maintaining a high standard of work.

Respond promptly and professionally to document-related inquiries via email or other communication channels.


Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Proven experience in document processing, data entry, or a related administrative role.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
